Our safety tips
- Exchange a few messages before departure and check that the details are consistent.
- Never pay in advance: settle the contribution on the day of the trip.
- Meet in a busy public place.
- Share the trip details (time, vehicle, contact) with someone you trust.
- Check the licence plate and the vehicle when you arrive.
- Trust your instincts: if in doubt, cancel.
- Report any suspicious listing or message using the “Report” button.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account?
No. You post a listing without an account and receive a private management link. Keep it: it's the only way to edit or remove your listing.
How long does my listing stay visible?
Until 24 hours after the planned departure time, regardless of when it was posted. You can also remove it at any time.
How are listings sorted?
By departure time: the soonest rides come first. Rides that departed less than 24 hours ago are shown afterwards, labelled “Already departed”.
Is messaging private?
Yes, each conversation is only accessible with a secret link. It is not end-to-end encrypted, though: avoid sharing sensitive information.
I lost my management link. What can I do?
If you posted from the same browser, find it under “My private links”. Otherwise it can't be recovered, since we don't collect any email or phone number to identify you. You can post a new listing.
Is the service free?
Yes, posting and matchmaking are free. Cost contributions are settled directly between users.
